Reduce Inflammation In Your Body

Reduce Inflammation In Your Body

Do you want to reduce inflammation in your body?    While inflammation is an important part of the healing cycle it usually causes you to be uncomfortable. reduce unflammation in your body

This discomfort can often affect the quality of life for the one experiencing it. The whole cycle of inflammation is one most do not understand.

Your body naturally reacts to the feeling of discomfort and pain.  That is normal, and how you have been conditioned by society to react.  The first thing asked after any kind of trauma is “do you hurt anywhere?”

Can true healing and relief be as simple as these 2 young girls demonstrate?

Completely normal and natural

This results in your reaction when you do have inflammation. That reaction is often to “take something” to reduce the pain.  In your mind, if you get rid pain, the inflammation is gone.

This is not the healing cycle.  Most times when you see a Doctor you will receive the recommendation that you take Tylenol for pain relief.

What guides the Doctor’s recommendation?

The formula of Tylonal allows the inflammation to go ahead and do the job it is supposed to do. There is usually some relief from the pain of the process.

Inflammation is the sign that your body is working as it is designed to do.  It is producing what is needed for healing.

This is why, given time most bumps and scrapes heal alright, without medical interference.  The Tylenol masks the pain.   Makes you more comfortable.

The body is busy with healing itself.

Stop and think through the different degrees of inflammation.

Then you can better understand the need to treat the reason.   Your body has indicated that something is wrong. The pain and inflammation need to be treated or healed in the inflamed area.

The very process of producing the materials needed to heal the affected area requires an extreme reaction from your body.  This, in turn, requires extra blood flow.

What helps blood flow better through the veins in our bodies?

Yes, we go back to plain ole water.

This is a time that your body needs more water.

Enough to handle this extra assignment of healing itself.  This is when there needs to be enough water for the blood to work with.

Your body’s system is not getting enough water already? How can the healing process work?   Do what it was designed to do?   Of course, it can’t.

You must do your part in supplying what your body needs. To be able to reduce inflammation in your body you must drink enough water.

Can you help heal yourself

Water does not have to be cooked to be ready for use for most of you.  You simply turn on the faucet and get a glass full.

How hard is that?  What to do when your body is called to react as in an area of inflammation?

Your first response should be to drink water.

Not just a glass and be done.  Many glasses full.   Often through the day.  You have lived so long in the dehydrated condition.

So long that you do not realize the damage you are doing. Damage to your chances of a healthy aging process.

If you are already into a medication cycle which is the  normal treatment.   At least normal for too many of you.

There is probably a severe case of dehydration.

While there may be some reduction of pain for you in a couple of weeks or so.  You will need to drink enough water for longer than several weeks.

Actual healing may take several months

As stated in an earlier post to this site, I did not notice a reduction in pain for several weeks.  It was more than a month before I was ready to try reducing pain medication.

For me, I was able to completely stop over-the-counter pain medication.  I do not know if this will happen for you.  I can only say for sure what has happened on my journey.

The natural remedies should be given a chance

The cycle has to be complete to get the healthy aging results.

Hopefully, in a year’s time, there will be the reduction of some weight for me.

It was more than a month before I was ready to start reducing pain medication.  For me, I was able to completely stop the over-the-counter pain medication.

I don’t know if this will happen for you.  I can only say for sure what has happened on my journey.

Healthy aging senior citizens

This is my goal for my retirement years.   Being healthy is what I am working for.

I do sometimes fall short of the needed amount for what my body needs and uses.  I know the next day.  The old symptoms return.

Pain makes my days miserable.  It does take 2 or 3 days to get leveled back out.  One day of drinking more water will not do it.

However, when I pay attention to how much water I am drinking.  Make sure to drink more.  I enjoy other benefits as well.

There is more energy

More energy to do what I want to get done during the day.  I am clearer in my thinking.

My days are not slowed down by too many over-the-counter medications that make me sleepy.

I am not bruising as quickly on my arms.  Not like I did before when I was taking so many over-the-counter pain medications.

There is work to be done with adding more water in an effort to help with weight loss.  Not there, with the amount needed yet.

Yes, the natural remedies may take longer.

I have a bit of trouble adding water to my daily total.  This will be something to keep working with the idea of just 8 more ounces a day. This will help teach my system to process and use the water.

The cycle has to be complete to get the healthy aging results.  As well as being able to reduce inflammation in your body.

Hopefully, in a year’s time, there will be the reduction of some weight.  There has been some overall reduction of the arthritis pain.

Small changes  Big results

The pain that has been present for the last 20 plus years isreduce inflammation in your body not here.  All because I made some small changes in my lifestyle choices.
